Has this ever happened to you?

You"re in the middle of facilitating a workshop when you think of a good website or article you would like to share with the group.  You make a note to send the link or the article in the email to everyone and then after the workshop you are trying to find all the email addresses in your outlook (if they are in there) and spend 15 or 20 minutes doing what should be just a couple of clicks.

Through The Client Manager, emailing a group of people is easy.  One click to bring up the participants in the workshop, one click to send the email, a little typing to compose the message, one more click and off the email goes.  Done.   It does not matter if you had 2, 20 or 200 people in the workshop.

Do you need to organize your clients into groups?

That is what the workshop section is for.  Built with flexibilty in mind, you can add new types of workshops, edit existing ones and even record what room the workshop is going to be held in.

Once you have created the workshop, enrolling clients is simple.  Simply pick the workshop you want to enroll someone in, do a search for the person by first name, last name, phone number or client ID, and click 'Add'.  Done.

You also get to decide the types of status' a client can have in a workshop.  You can go with the simple Attended or Cancelled, or if you want a few more options you can add in Booked, No Show, Confirmed...whatever you like.

Each time a client is enrolled in a workshop, the workshop information is added to that client's profile so you can always see everything that client has done with your organization.  See the 'Other Stuff' section for more information.
