Idea number 1. Each survey you create also generates a link you can email to your clients for them to fill out the survey at home. When they do, the results are automatically entered into your database.
Idea number 2. If you run an ERC or have a number of computers that are for client use, why not create a shortcut on the desktop that they can click on and fill out the survey on line. This reduces the amount of time you or your staff needs to spend inputting the results.

Then this is the module for you. The Surveys Module gives you the ability to create, distribute and score surveys
It basically works like this. You give us a copy of the survey you want to have in the system. We create it (or you can di it yourself). Then, you can enter the results from the hard copy surveys your clients have filled out into the system and report on them (see to the right for a better idea than this). Each survey entered asks for a date the survey ws done and the location the survey was done (for organizations that have more than one physical location). The system can then sort the results by date an location. See the Reports Module for more information.
Create as many surveys as you like. Right now we have one organization that has 9 different sureys in the system. You might have 1 or 2 or 20.
