Companies, Contacts and Jobs are all combined into the menu screen for this module.  From here you can search for jobs that are in the system, contacts and companies.

To keep things simple the system tries to assume as much informaition about a contact or a job that it can to reduce the inputting time.  For example, lets say Joe Blow works for ABC Moulding and has sent you a job description.  Since Joe has sent you job postings before you do a search for Joe in the contacts section.  When you find him, you click 'Add Job'.  When that screen comes up, be default it will fill in all the company informaiton and all the contact information so all you have to do is put in the actual job information.  Of course, if any of the information is different from what the system assumes, you can change it.

The companies portion of this module is designed to track company all basic company information plus comes with the ability to add your own custom questions. In addition, each company can have one or more locations attached to it and each contact can be attached to a location. What does all that mean? When you add a new contact, the system can assume a lot of information about the contact so that you do not have to input nearly as much!

The contacts portion is designed to capture infomration about the contacts your organization uses. As mention previouslyeach contact can be attached to a company location and each location is attached to company. Also, each job that is posted in the system is attached to a contact so when you enter a job, the system already knows a lot about the postion because it is attached to a contact. This means less time inputting for users.

The Jobs portion of this module captures all the basic information about a job but also allows you to add your own job descriptiors that can be used to match jobs to clients. Each client can fill out a Job Profile that is made up of the same questions you ask about a job. The system can then match jobs to potential candidates.
